PAYMENT TERMS
- We shall submit you the bills after delivery of the cargo & you shall arrange to release the Payment within 2 days of the Submission of bill
- Interest @2% will be charged if the payment is not cleared within the stipulated time.
OPERATIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Docket Charge Rs.200 Per Docket.
- ROV Charge 1% Of Invoice Value, Subject To Min Of Rs.100 Per Docket.
- ATF- 40% of freight(for Air), DPH-20% of freight( for Surface )
- Minimum Weight 100 Kg Per Docket.
- Transit Time Above Is Not Inclusive Of The Pickup Date.
- GST 18% Applicable Will Be Charged Extra.
- Deliveries Will Be Attempted Within Municipal Limits Only.
- All Necessary Documents Will Be Provided By Consinor At The Time Of Booking The Consignment I.E, Invoice, E Way Bill Etc.
- ODA charges will be applicable for deliveries beyond the municipal limits. The same will depend on location to location.
- Actual weight / volumetric weight, whichever is higher will be charged. Volumetric weight will be calculated as length x width x height / 3600 ( cm) in Surface.
- We shall collect goods in sealed cartons and shall hand over the same to the Consignee in sealed condition only.
- Any shortage found in a sealed box will not be our liability.
- In case of any Loss/Damages we shall provide COF for the same & you can get the same claimed from your insurer.
- In case of any discrepancy in the bills, you are requested to bring the same to our notice within 2 days of submission of the bill.
